Phase One: Mobilize

Phase Two: Deploy
Mar-Apr is the time for Deployment, getting ready for action.
Phase Three: Engage
This is the longest of the four phases and should run from May-Oct. The gates of Hell shall not prevail against us.
Phase Four: Consolidate
This is the time to set captives free, instruct in basic beliefs, equip for every good work and identify spiritual gifts. Concludes with celebration. Nov-Dec.
