North Carolina:

1.Overview as reported by NC DRUSA; "We have several churches that have received damages from the hurricane-Trenton, New Life Tabernacle, Carson Memorial, New Vision, Grifton, and Springs of Living Water. At this point approximately 100-125 church families have received extensive or total damage to their homes as a result of the flood. The figures are subject to increase as we receive the damage assessment forms sent to each pastor in the target area. There are quite a number of our people who are not working because their businesses were flooded or their place of employment was flooded...this has led to financial problems for them and their churches. I have reports already where churches are aiding family members with rent etc,. We continue to get damage reports in--this is only our data as of October 4th."

2. Assessment Report- As mentioned above- the North Carolina Conference sent to each pastor in the target area an assessment form to cover damage in that church family.

3. The Bishop will be reviewing parts of the damage in the target area tomorrow 10/05 .....
