The following is an update on relief support activities for this reporting period:
 
1. Mid South Conference- Rev Gordon Atwell is the DRUSA for the conference and all incoming support is being coordinated through him. In the conference the following is being reported- at Faith Family there are 50 displaced people and another 50 are expected. Planning is being done to make this a Distribution Site- then relief trucks will be directed there.  At Miracle Place Church in Baton Rouge, there are 402 displaced people. The church is operating two feeding kitchens, has a doctor visiting and checking the people.

2. Tennessee Valley Conference. One semi truck of water and supplies being sent to Miracle Place Church in Baker, La... The plan is to offer displaced persons there to be housed back in the Tennessee Valley Campground.

3. South Carolina Conference- the Mobile Feeding Kitchen is expected to close on Moss Point o/a 8:00 tonight and be operational for the noon meal on Friday. It deployed with 7 team members- .

4. Upper South Carolina Conference- Iva PHC has a MFK support team on standby by to deploy on Tuesday morning.

5. Grace Bible   Conference. Conference has an 18 wheeler being use to store relief supplies. Once filled it will be deployed into one of the three conference areas.

6. Alpha Conference- Rev Mike Gray is the Conference DRUSA and all supplies and support are being coordinated through him. He is presently looking for warehouse that might be used as a storage facility in the Pascagoula area to direct incoming relief trucks- from there supplies could be used both within the Alpha conference area and also into Mississippi.

7. North Carolina Conference- New Covenant PHC has a disaster relief team on standby. Kinston First is coordinating with Ministries of Mercy for a long term relief effort that would deal with furniture and other household items once the first stages of the disaster are passed.

8. Cornerstone Conference. Mt Calvary PHC has debris clean up team (chain saw) on standby.

9. Harvest Conference- Christian Heritage has been released to deploy a truck with water and food supplies to the Mid South Conference- it will deliver to Faith Family PHC.

10. World Outreach Now/Redemption Ministries Conference- Coordination is being finalized to have a disaster support team from Redemption to link up with a World Outreach Now 18 wheeler bringing supplies and water into Folly, Al. From there the team/supplies will move into Gulf Port, Ms.

11. DRUSA and World Outreach Now are discussing further coordination of supplies into the three IPHC conference areas.

12. Mississippi Conference- Rev Genn Lafferty is the DRUSA for the conference and all support and supplies into the conference will be coordinated by him.
