During disaster seasons‑ each Conference DRUSA needs to contact the churches of his conference and get a commitment from those that will support.. if called... and the type of support they will offer, e.g. debris clean up, MFK support, construction, mud outs etc. The DRUSA at the RDC will alert Conference DRUSAs of this time frame... in the future.
